Job summary

You will manage new business cases, chase providers, submit applications across pensions, investments, bonds and protection, and work closely with advisers to keep cases moving toward completion.

Qualifications

• Must have Financial services administration experience.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations.
• Experience managing a new business pipeline or similar case-tracking process.
• Ideally worked on Intelligent Office (IO) experience.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to chasing outstanding work.
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• An interest in progressing through CII qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing and tracking new business cases
• Chasing providers and platforms and escalating delays
• Submitting applications across pensions, investments, bonds and protection
• Processing pension and investment transfers
• Producing illustrations, quotations and comparisons for advisers
• Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep cases moving
