A well-established wealth management firm in Inverurie is seeking an IFA Administrator to support Financial Planners. The role entails managing client communications, processing valuations, and ensuring compliance in a growing team. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of relevant experience in a financial planning environment.
IFA Administrator required by this wealth management firm that provides advice across the full range of Private Client Investment and Retirement Planning. The firm is long established and well known in the area and continues to grow, therefore looking to add a senior member to the existing team.
Supporting the Financial Planners you will be responsible for new business processing, valuations, quotations, provider/third party liaison, compliance monitoring and database management. There is a high level of client communication, and you will prepare for client meetings as part of your day-to-day activities.
You will have 2 years’ experience working in support to IFAs/Advisors in a similar financial planning environment.
