Our client is a well-known Bristol-based financial planning company. They are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their social team. The company is located in contemporary offices in the city centre. This position offers a great opportunity to work with a reputable, professional financial advisory firm known for its caring, ethical, and comprehensive wealth management services.
The company provides private wealth advice to affluent clients in London and the home counties, covering pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, mortgages, and protections. They also assist clients with Wills, Trusts, and Estate planning, helping with intergenerational financial strategies.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in a financial services company licensed by the FCA or in the broader Wealth Management industry. The firm uniquely works with clients referred by law and accounting firms, supporting individuals with financial planning or post-loss financial stability preparations.
Your responsibilities include interacting with clients, preparing reports for review meetings, and managing the financial administration of pensions, investments, and other financial products. You will perform other duties as needed related to the role.
This is a progressive role requiring a candidate eager to develop a long-term career in Wealth Management or related financial planning fields. Prior experience in a financial services administrative role is preferred, with a good understanding of a financial advisor’s work. The role offers career progression towards training as a Paraplanner, with full on-the-job training and support provided. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
