They are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team to assist with administration for pensions and investments, ensuring that financial advisers receive first-class administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional yet relaxed environment and is eager to grow within a supportive team.

The role will entail:

  • Providing efficient administration support for Financial Advisers; assisting with new business procurement and processing, and servicing existing clients
  • Maintaining and updating client records in our database
  • Preparing client documentation, including review packs, illustrations, and valuations
  • Processing new business documentation according to standards
  • Handling fund switches, income, and withdrawals
  • Liaising with providers to chase new business and updating clients
