With over 500 clients, the company operates a busy office environment. Most new clients are acquired through referrals from satisfied existing clients. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount. The role is 100% office-based.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Computer literate
  • Experience within financial services
  • Familiarity with platforms like Fidelity and Transact
Role Responsibilities
  1. Support Financial Advisors with administrative tasks
  2. Process new business for life, pensions, investments, and group schemes
  3. Service existing clients, ensuring records are accurate
  4. Prepare reports for annual reviews
  5. Provide technical support to Financial Planners and clients
  6. Handle claims administration
