We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team to assist with administration for pensions and investments, ensuring financial advisers receive top-notch administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a professional yet relaxed environment and is eager to grow within a supportive team.

The role includes:

Pensions & Investments

  • Providing efficient administration support for Financial Advisers; assisting with new business procurement and processing, and servicing existing clients
  • Maintaining client records within our database
  • Preparing client documentation, including review packs, illustrations, and valuations
  • Processing new business documentation following quality standards
  • Handling fund switches, income, and withdrawals
  • Liaising with providers to chase new business and update clients

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Team player
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a methodical approach
