Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: 3–4 days per week (flexible working considered)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a high-quality financial planning firm? We’re seeking a Part-Time Financial Services Administrator to support our growing team in delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence
  • Managing client records and updating CRM systems
  • Liaising with providers and clients to support financial transactions
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements
  • General office administration and team support
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in financial services administration (IFA or wealth management preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
