Job Description:

Our client is the largest privately-owned mortgage network in the UK. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for mortgage advisers, protection specialists, equity release experts, and general insurance professionals, regardless of their size or location.

The Role

Provide first-line telephone support to the network with outstanding, proactive customer service, ensuring right-first-time resolutions.

Key Tasks:
  1. Handle inbound calls to the Network.
  2. Proactively and accurately resolve queries by liaising across departments.
  3. Maintain transparent communication with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions.
  4. Maintain accurate records on CRM.
  5. Manage multiple workloads across inboxes, phone contacts, and Teams meetings.
  6. Proactively inform the Network of company and industry developments.
  7. Research and stay informed on industry products and regulatory changes.
  8. Complete CPD training as required quarterly.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience/skills:
  1. Success in customer service or business development roles.
  2. Outstanding listening and communication skills.
  3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  4. Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions.
  5. Good team player with the initiative to work independently.
  6. Willingness to work towards CeMAP or equivalent professional financial services qualification.
