They are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team to assist with administration for pensions and investments and to support financial advisers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional yet relaxed environment and is eager to grow within a supportive team.

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient administration support for Financial Advisers, including processing new business and servicing existing clients
  • Maintaining client records within the database
  • Preparing client documentation, review packs, illustrations, and valuations
  • Processing new business documentation according to standards
  • Handling fund switches, income, and withdrawals
  • Liaising with providers and updating clients
