The role involves providing administrative support for pensions and investments, assisting financial advisers with client administration, and ensuring smooth operations within a professional environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting Financial Advisers with new business procurement and client servicing
  • Maintaining client records in our database
  • Preparing client documentation, review packs, illustrations, and valuations
  • Processing new business, fund switches, income, and withdrawals
  • Liaising with providers and updating clients
