The Role
- Manage mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion
- Produce quotations and illustrations using lender and provider systems
- Prepare and issue client and product documentation
- Conduct telephone‑based applications with clients where appropriate
- Record client information accurately and professionally
- Monitor applications, underwriting and policy progress
- Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, and other providers
- Chase outstanding information to ensure cases are completed promptly
- Ensure replacement policies are implemented correctly without gaps in cover
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records and audit trails
- Draft basic suitability reports following training
- Update and maintain back‑office systems
- Manage appointments, diary scheduling, and incoming calls
- Welcome clients and visitors and provide professional front‑of‑office support
- Support advisers and team members with general administration
