Job summary

Spring Wealth Management in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive PA / Administrator to support the advisers and help grow the practice by delivering a first-class client service.

Initially you will perform PA/Admin duties and as you learn the basics you will progress towards paraplanning, writing up more complex investment and pension transfers, while handling meetings, follow-ups, AML checks and CRM entry in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must have clear communication and organization skills.
• Experience in an office or business administration role is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients via phone, email and letter to schedule meetings.
• Document follow-ups to meetings and action requests.
• Manage administration functions and communications with third parties.
• Use CRM to record interactions and prepare reports for advisers.
• Carry out AML checks and prepare meeting/review packs.
• Support the team to deliver a smooth client service.
