A financial technology company in London is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to optimize financial reporting processes and support the finance team. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong attention to detail and experience in financial reporting. The position offers a salary range of £56,000 - £66,000 plus share options and flexible working arrangements.

We’re looking for a highly proactive, enthusiastic and commercially-minded Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to join our Financial Reporting team, and help us build a world-class finance function. This role would be well suited to a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with an audit background. We have exciting challenges coming up such as system implementations, expanding into the European Union, climate change reporting, continuing to grow our customer base, growing our lending business and adding to our marketplace. You’ll work on scaling Monzo in a controlled way, while helping us optimise our financial reporting processes with the help of technology. You’ll join the Finance team and report to our Senior Financial Reporting Manager.
This process should take around 2-3 weeks. We’ll be as flexible as possible to fit your schedule.
