Job summary

HRC Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised, market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing finance function. This role leads a team and oversees financial reporting across multiple international entities, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a professional accounting qualification (ICAS/ACCA or equivalent), has proven team leadership, and strong analytical and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAS/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience managing and developing a finance team.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.
• Experience working within a multinational organisation.
• Knowledge of US GAAP would be advantageous but is not essential.

Finance Manager | Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working

HRC are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised, market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong people management and financial reporting experience to take ownership of a high-performing team within a large, complex international business.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will lead a team of finance professionals and oversee key financial reporting and controllership activities across multiple international entities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business, you will ensure accurate reporting, robust financial controls and continuous improvement across the function.

About You

• Knowledge of US GAAP would be advantageous but is not essential.

Please note:

This role requires previous people management experience and would suit an established Finance Manager or Financial Controller rather than someone stepping into management for the first time.
