Description: Interim Financial Reporting Manager - Technology - £400 to £500 / day - 6 months

Your new company
A PE-backed technology business is at the forefront of digital innovation with household names as clients. They are undergoing huge financial transformation, and we have supported them with several perm and temp hires over the last 5 years.
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the UK business. Including:

• Owning the preparation of the stat accounts for all UK entities, and leading on all tax calculations / compliance.
• Support with the external audit
• Provide technical accounting guidance under IFRS
• Assist with tax advisors and local tax experts
• Support the group-wide finance transformation project

What you'll need to succeed
As an ACA / CAANZ or equivalent audit-trained candidate, you can be either making your first move from practice, or have industry experience. You will be very strong technically, and possess impressive stakeholder management when discussing technical issues. You must have experience preparing statutory accounts for multiple entities.
