Job Description:

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a PE-backed services company in Farnborough, Hampshire, to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to private equity shareholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts across five legal entities.
  • Coordinate the annual audit process, including audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.
Candidate Profile:
  • Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with audit experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience in statutory accounts and management reports.
  • Proven leadership skills with team development experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting.
