About the Role:
A leading European food services business is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their Transactional Services team. This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining governance and compliance standards, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate financial information to senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure consistency in accounting policies and controls across all business units.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.

  • Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory disclosures.

  • Manage, develop, and motivate a team of accountants.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

  • Support strategic objectives and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years post-qualification experience.

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including liaising with senior finance teams and auditors.

  • Ability to challenge processes constructively and identify improvements.

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
