Overview

Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager – Camden, London. Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + superb benefits package.

Our client, a well known and respected leader in their field, is seeking a talented and highly driven finance professional to join their ranks. This role has materialised due to internal movements and succession planning, offering creative flair and a pivotal position within a fast-moving global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across global entities.
• Own the full month-end close process, statutory accounts preparation, tax compliance support, and audit coordination.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in financial control.
• Support the Group Financial Controller with reporting quality, governance, and systems development.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team (FP&A, Business Planning) and regional business leaders to enable scalable, compliant, and well-documented financial operations.
• Provide fast turnaround of figures to support decision making, while balancing speed and accuracy and constructively questioning assumptions where appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong technical accounting understanding (IFRS or local GAAP) and advanced spreadsheet and ERP system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or on the verge of completing studies.
• Office presence required: role is not hybrid and requires 5 days per week in the office.
