Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a technically strong Financial Reporting Lead for its UK&I Finance team. You will own statutory accounts, external audit, group reporting, and governance across UK and Ireland, ensuring IFRS/UK GAAP compliance and robust financial controls.

You will work closely with the UK&I CFO, Group Finance, and Shared Services, coordinating intercompany reconciliations and tax reporting while supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires professional accounting qualification or active progress toward credential.
• Strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and publication of statutory accounts for UK & I entities.
• Oversee external audit process and liaise with auditors and business units.
• Manage month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, GL reconciliations in SAP.
