Joint Venture Reporting Analyst

FTSE 100 Group | Central London (Hybrid – 4 days per week in office)

c£60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Package

An industry-leading FTSE 100 property business is seeking a Joint Venture Reporting Analyst to join its high-performing central finance team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) to step into a dynamic and varied role that combines technical reporting with commercial finance exposure.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial reporting for several high-value joint ventures, becoming a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external JV partners. This hands-on role offers real breadth, covering consolidations, management reporting, technical accounting, and cash flow forecasting. You’ll also support wider group activities including statutory reporting, restructures, and ad hoc transactions.

This position sits within a collaborative, fast-paced finance function that encourages ownership, learning, and progression. Working closely with teams across Tax, Treasury, and FP&A, you’ll gain excellent visibility across the business and benefit from structured development within a FTSE 100 environment.

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified (or equivalent), preferably from a Big 4 or top 10 background, with strong technical skills and a solid grounding in financial reporting. You’ll be analytical, detail-focused, and confident engaging with a range of stakeholders. A proactive approach and desire to take on responsibility will be key to succeeding in this broad and impactful role.
