We're seeking an ambitious Financial Reporting Accountant (on a fixed-term contract), responsible for key areas of Financial and Management Reporting. This person will be integral to managing profit and loss segmentation and leading our financial service project. As part of our dynamic Finance Team, this person will contribute to creating a best-in-class finance function.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end financial processes for specific financial service partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Serve as key finance liaison for stakeholders.
  3. Manage profit and loss segmentation for reporting and analysis.
  4. Support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
  5. Assist with year-end audits, statutory financial statements, and documentation.
  6. Ensure compliance with standards and implement efficient processes.
  7. Maintain desktop procedures and adhere to policies and codes of conduct.
  8. Participate in ad hoc projects and support the business partnering team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Recently fully-qualified ACA or ACCA, with audit experience.
  • Financial and management accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.
Additional Details

Role type: Contract (12-13 months)

Location: London hub (1-2 days/week) & remote

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus (transparent and competitive)

Working hours: Full-time with flexible hours
