Following the successful attainment of a contract with National Savings & Investments (NS&I), we are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our growing team. Working closely with the newly appointed Audit & Assurance Specialist, together you will ensure the quality and viability of the service or products being delivered! Our aim is to become the UK’s largest and most trusted financial service provider, providing both contact centre and administrative solutions to help assist its 25 million customers!

What you will be doing:

  • Quality specialist support to a large team of financial contact centre advisors.
  • Dive into our processes to uncover smarter, faster ways of working—driving continuous improvement at every step.
  • Validate requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Adopt and promote an effective ‘whole team’ approach to building quality in to delivery system domain.
  • Provide quality governance between the team and external stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist within an FCA regulated environment or similar.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for working with risk management frameworks.
  • Familiar working within an FCA regulated environment or similar.
  • Support a large contact centre by digging into data, spotting the nuances, and turning insights into clear, compelling presentations—ready to stand by your findings and take on the tough questions.
  • Bring strong awareness of Treating Customers Fairly, Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced, cross-functional development team.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
