Fram are working with a chartered financial planning firm with offices in across the UK. Due to a growth within the firm, they are looking for a Financial Planning support Team Leader to manage a team of 5 administrators across two offices. The role will be based in Preston looking after a small team there with 2 further administrators in the Manchester office, but these will be managed remotely. As a Team Leader will ensure that the admin team are operating effectively by training, managing, and providing support to all administrative personnel. This support function is an integral and very important part of the delivery of advice services by the Advisers to their valued clients.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will work very closely with the admin team, Advisers, Paraplanners, and Operations to support the delivery of advice to the Adviser’s clients. The office environment is busy, and the role can be challenging, so the successful candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team and adapt to changing requirements. Good communication skills will be important, as is the accuracy of output and working to agreed timescales.
Candidates need to be computer literate with MS Office Suite experience, with experience of IO , and able to adapt to new ways of working.
