Financial Planning Support Team Leader (role can be based from any Attivo office)
Attivo are Lifestyle Financial Planners. We’re a privately owned company. We prefer it that way. It means we’re free to do what we feel is best for our clients and our people. Our work is all about our clients. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent, open and honest – an approach that builds trust with our clients and inspires their financial confidence.
Our experienced, highly qualified financial specialists and expert support teams are committed to delivering more for all our clients. Our independent status and unique approach to understanding our clients, their preferences and their motivation, sets us apart. We will build and provide ongoing support for a bespoke financial plan aimed at fulfilment of our clients’ lifestyle needs.
Whether you’re a private client or a business accessing our corporate services, you can rely on a clear, consistent service from your Financial Planner and from our experienced teams.
Our culture is one of high performance, continuous development, and shared success. We promote from within and invest heavily in the progression of our people – because when our people thrive, so do our clients. We’re proud to have been named one of the Professional Adviser’s Best Financial Advisers to Work For 2025.
As a Planning Support Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing administration team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, accurate, and compliant support to clients and Financial Planners.
This is a people-focused leadership role where you will balance coaching and development with hands-on operational delivery. You’ll build robust processes and frameworks that support accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the team.
You will be responsible for driving performance through KPIs and skills matrices, overseeing onboarding and training, and championing innovation and digital adoption to improve both client and planner experience. Above all, you’ll ensure that client outcomes, regulatory standards, and business goals are consistently achieved.
You’re an experienced leader in financial services who knows how to bring out the best in people. You understand how to create structure, drive performance, and build confidence in a team, while always keeping client outcomes at the heart of what you do.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, where accuracy and compliance are just as important as efficiency. You’re a natural problem solver, able to identify root causes and deliver sustainable improvements. You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and colleagues across the business.
Most importantly, you’re a motivator – someone who inspires accountability, champions development, and leads by example.
Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
