Job Title: Financial Planning Support Manager

Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available)

I'm working with a respected financial planning firm to recruit a Financial Planning Support Manager to lead their paraplanning and administration teams in Bristol.

Reporting to the COO, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial planning support functions, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing M&A integration. This is a key leadership role within a collaborative and client-focused business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the paraplanning and administration teams
  • Monitor workflows and service standards (SLAs/KPIs)
  • Improve systems and processes to enhance adviser and client experience
  • Support the integration of teams from recent acquisitions
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and act as a point of escalation for operational issues
  • Oversee systems such as Dynamics 365 and Intelligent Office
  • Report regularly to senior management on team performance and progress

About You:

  • Experienced leader in financial services, ideally with a paraplanning or client support background
  • Strong understanding of FCA compliance requirements
  • Tech-savvy, process-driven, and a confident communicator
  • Ideally Level 4 qualified or working towards this
