Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis enabling effective business decisions.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure contracts are reported accurately, and scrutinize financial results.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
