Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and interpretation of results to support decision-making. The role involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measure, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets across financial statements.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with the operations team to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
