Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, collaborating closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. Responsibilities include delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. The role also requires providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparison of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure contracts are reported accurately, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

This role suits a detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
  • Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
