Financial Planning, Risk and Audit Manager

BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for a Financial Planning, Risk and Audit Manager. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

Formally known as Managed Integration Manager

The role is responsible for the planning, control and governance of the UK IT management team through the management and coordination of the various department wide processes.

In addition, subregional responsibility for the coordination and delivery of compliance topics towards the subregional IT managers (NL & BE) in addition to the UK.

What awaits you?

  • Financial Steering and management of UK IT Budget (MatCo & PeCo)
  • Resource planning and management including headcount reporting and facilitation of strategic resource planning (e.g. FG workforce management and feasibility processes)
  • Procurement of IT services as required by the respective teams, ensuring adherence to standard BMW Group purchasing processes and internal approval guidelines
  • Contract management of 3 managed service resources
  • Provision of IT Administration processes, including purchasing administration, travel arrangements and training coordination
  • Provision of Planning & Steering service supporting UK IT managers
  • Coordinate all required internal and external audit activities, ensuring audit related activities are prepared and executed by the accountable DevOps teams
  • Ensure timely follow up of Audit issues by responsible DevOps teams including regular management reporting and quality assurance

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree level or appropriate working experience
  • Proven experience in related IT Governance experience (e.g. Financial Management, PMO)
  • Experience of staff supervision
  • Automotive and international cooperation experience (preferable)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Automotive industry experience (preferable).
  • Experience and awareness of project management methodologies, including AGILE
  • Understanding of audit and risk processes and methods (beneficial).
  • German Language skills (beneficial).
