Financial Planning Lead | Teesside | Public Sector | Hybrid working

Castlefield is partnering with a well-established Teesside-based Public Sector organisation to recruit a Financial Planning Lead on a permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact during a time of exciting change.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning and treasury operations
• Owning and developing a 30-year business plan
• Performing scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with strategic goals
• Collaborating with the development finance team and senior stakeholders to update development programs
• Preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership
• Managing cash flow, supporting loan forecasting and drawdowns
• Preparing regulatory returns

Requirements:

• Ability to build influential relationships at senior levels (essential)
• Highly analytical and strategic, with the ability to manipulate large datasets (essential)
