Broadacres Housing Association Limited in Northallerton is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and business partnering across the organisation.
You will drive regulatory reporting, the 30-year financial plan, treasury, rent and service charge setting, and build a high performing finance team in a hybrid working environment. This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset.

SALARY: £55,893 per annum
Location: Northallerton / hybrid
Working pattern: Hybrid - Typically 2 days per week across the portfolio, with regular on-site presence
The Financial Planning Manager will be at the heart of financial decision making across Broadacres. Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and business partnering, you will turn complex information into clear insight and constructive challenge for leaders across the organisation. You will also lead regulatory reporting, the 30-year financial plan, statutory accounts and quarterly returns, alongside treasury, cash-flow forecasting, interest payments, and rent and service charge setting.
