Financial Planning Lead | Teesside | Public Sector | Hybrid working

Castlefield is partnering with a well-established Teesside-based Public Sector organisation to recruit a Financial Planning Lead on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a reputable organisation during a time of exciting change.

Duties include:

1. Leadership of financial planning and treasury operations
2. Ownership and development of a 30-year business plan
3. Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with the long-term strategic direction
4. Collaborate with the development finance team and senior stakeholders to integrate updates in development programs
5. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
6. Lead on cashflow management, and support loan forecasting and drawdowns
7. Prepare regulatory returns

Requirements:

1. Ability to build influential relationships at senior level (essential)
2. Highly analytical and strategic with the ability to manipulate large datasets (essential)
