Role: Financial Planning Manager

Salary: £85k circa + Excellent Benefits | OTE £140k

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach financial planners
  • Manage and grow an existing client book
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

  • Evolve the firm\'s advice proposition
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Oversee performance, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
Qualifications

  • Must be Diploma Level 4 Qualified
  • Proven experience building profitable client books
