Qualifications

• Solid experience as a paraplanner or in a similar financial planning role.
• Understanding of the financial planning and advice process.
• Working towards Level 4 Diploma (CII or CISI).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ambition to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
