This role will predominantly be focusing on FP&A for two legal entities in a sole charge capacity.

FP&A Manager - About The Role

This role will focus on producing the FP&A associated with two growing legal entities. You will support and aid commercial decisions within the business to drive their continued growth and success. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone looking to work within a thriving business environment.

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working with large datasets to ensure budgets and results align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will provide variance analysis on results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across the business.

You should have a strong background in a commercial reporting position and be comfortable presenting at board and management meetings.

Working closely with both the membership and marketing teams, you will provide analysis on growing subscriptions, track the success of campaigns, and analyze behavior patterns of different demographics of customers.

This is a partnering position, and you will work with the management team to ensure accountability around the budget and financial results.

The successful FP&A Manager will have:

  • A formal accounting qualification
  • Experience working within an FP&A position with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills
