Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities.
  • Help streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus.
