Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Manchester

Join Kellanova as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in Manchester, United Kingdom. This role is integral to our UKI and HGM finance teams, covering diverse markets across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Outlook: Lead the European month-end process and financial outlook submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide variance analysis of actual results, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with UKI and HGM Finance teams.
  2. Budget Insight: Collaborate with finance teams to analyze and consolidate country financials during budgeting and planning phases.
  3. Performance Review: Support senior finance leaders by reviewing key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and tracking business performance trends.
  4. Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and operational excellence through continuous process enhancements in finance activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes, including planning, analysis, and accounting principles.
  • Understanding of US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley S404 compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and financial planning systems like SAP, BPC, or Anaplan.
