Job description

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across our client's manufacturing site in Lowestoft, East Suffolk. If you're a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a background in FMCG or supply chain, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead FP&A deliverables across one or more factory sites
  • Manage relationships with factory leadership and present financial insights
  • Oversee reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelling
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data integrity
  • Coach and develop a team of FP&A Analysts
  • Provide strategic input on key business decisions and ad hoc projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent). However, QBE applicants will be considered.
  • Finance experience in manufacturing or FMCG
  • Strong planning, modelling (desirable), and reporting system skills (SAP preferred)
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication and analytical abilities
