Financial Planning & Analysis Manager | Central | Permanent - Full time

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will work as part of our Finance team, overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes across The Bicester Collection. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

What you will be doing

  • Facilitate the rollout of personnel cost forecasts and budgets during the forecast process.
  • Partner with Village teams to facilitate accurate personnel cost forecasts for the Villages and departments.
  • Provide analytical support following forecasts and budgets to local teams and Directors to aid business decisions.
  • Review monthly payroll files, identify errors, and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly personnel cost analysis versus forecasts, identifying errors.
  • Ensure budget holders and managers are aware of financial performance requirements, including budget control, and provide financial awareness training when necessary.
  • Assist with the management of forecast and budget processes.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Finance planning system and assist with system development and enhancements.

We are looking for an individual with the following experience and skills:

  • Part or recently qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Previous exposure to a pan-European/international business is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills and high system literacy
  • Knowledge of Oracle and PBCS is highly advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
