Job Overview:

We’re delighted to present an exciting FP&A Manager opportunity with Property Group, basing in Guildford. They’re looking for a commercially minded candidate to transition the FP&A and reporting function in-house, while identify future opportunities and enhancements to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing models to support valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Managing the annual budget process, contributing to the strategy of the business
• Consolidating group reports with analysis and commentary
• Managing monthly forecasts and long term planning
• Producing variance analysis and commentary, incl. budget vs actual
• Owning short and medium term cash forecasting
• Assisting the FD with reporting and operational updates, to support decision making
• Assisting the FD with improvements to cashflow performance
• Reviewing processes and systems, identifying improvements and efficiencies
• Business partnering with the FD, MD, Site Managers etc. providing financial insight for decisions

Key Requirements:

• Part- or Fully- Qualified Accountant or QBE (or equivalent)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and consolidation
• Experience in the Property / Real Estate / Construction industry is beneficial
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Must be based in the UK and have RTW
