Kennedy Pearce Consulting is partnering with a leading international asset management firm to join its Group FP&A team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support across the business.

You will work closely with senior leadership, develop cash flow forecasts, perform scenario analyses, and drive improvements in processes, systems and data quality using Workday Adaptive Planning and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, financial control or related finance role.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting for senior stakeholders.

• Lead and support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning cycles.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis and longer-term financial plans.
• Support regulatory forecasting, including ICARA and going concern assessments.
• Deliver management reporting and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.

• Partner with Finance and business teams to challenge assumptions and improve outcomes.

About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join the Group FP&A team of a leading international alternative asset management firm.

Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and strategic decision-making. The position offers broad exposure across the firm, with the opportunity to deliver meaningful business insights and contribute to Finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
