Job Description

We’re working with a rapidly expanding retail organisation based in Bracknell to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team within a business that is scaling quickly and investing in its long-term success.

The Role

As FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead on financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering—particularly with the commercial and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Manage the 5-year strategic planning cycle
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial performance to key stakeholders
  • Partner with the sales team to evaluate performance and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning and decision-making
  • Present financial insights in a clear, commercial manner to non-finance colleagues
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools beneficial
  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced commercial environment is desirable
