Job summary

Europa Search is seeking an FP&A Functional Lead for a Milton Keynes-based role with a flexible hybrid pattern: 2 days on site, the rest remote.

You will own the FP&A solution, define planning model requirements, coordinate testing and UAT, and ensure ERP actuals feed accurate detail into FP&A for reporting and decision support through end of 2027. Collaboration with SI, development of training content, and validation of design outputs are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have FP&A functional lead experience.
• Ability to design planning processes and model requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A solution including planning process design, model requirements, testing, UAT support and training content.
• Define FP&A process scope and planning model requirements with SI.
• Confirm planning dimensions, inputs, drivers, calculations, allocations, workflow and reporting requirements.
• Ensure ERP actuals flow into FP&A at the correct level of detail.
• Review design outputs, write and validate test scripts, execute functional testing & SIT, support UAT.
• Validate training content and support planning dry run.

My client is an organization based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a FP&A Functional Lead:

• Initial 6 month contract but scope until end of 2027
• 2 Days per week in Milton Keynes - rest remote
