Financial Planning Analyst

Ready to turn data into decisions? We’re looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to play a key role in shaping commercial and strategic performance across a fast‑growing organisation. If you're analytical, commercially curious, and great at turning numbers into clear stories, this role puts you at the heart of business decision‑making.

The Role

You’ll support senior leaders with deep financial insights, building models, analysing trends, and delivering dashboards that highlight what’s working and what isn’t. From scenario planning to ROI assessment, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify revenue drivers and areas of underperformance.
  • Run scenario and sensitivity analysis to support commercial decisions.
  • Analyse performance across brands, stores, departments, and product lines.
  • Build and maintain financial models covering multiple business scenarios.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance data quality and reporting depth.
  • Support business cases, investment decisions, and ROI analysis.
  • Work closely with finance, merchandising, and operations teams.
About You
  • Degree or experience in an analytical, commercial, or finance‑based role.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
