The Role:

As t he Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for all planning and analysis relating to the e-Commerce channel, as well as the provision for supporting HOKA marketing and reporting for all Deckers brands and channels across EMEA . You will highlight areas of risk and opportunity and communicate these to the Head of FP&A, to challenge key stakeholders to drive brand objectives .

The ideal candidate is adaptable to interact with all areas of the business, and have great analytical skills to interpret and manipulate pure financial information into insightful analysis.

Your Impact:

  • Own the preparation of the Annual Marketing Plan, and subsequent forecast updates
  • Support the e-Commerce and Marketing teams
  • Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts by use of commercial awareness and historic data/trends
  • Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs
  • Manage FP&A Analyst and support the Head of FP&A


Who You Are:
  • You are analytical and can interpret and present non-financial information effectively
  • A natural leader
  • You’re comfortable with dealing with complexity
  • You have a high standard of accuracy with statistical data


We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Strong experience as a n FP&A Manager
  • Full y qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Exposure to Pan-European/Multi-currency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
