Your Role's Purpose
Role code - C4, Individual Contributor, Senior Specialist
We seek a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is vital in delivering actionable insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop budgets, financial models, and reports that drive growth. The initial 6 months will focus on enhancing financial reporting processes and developing forecasting and modeling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates will be experienced FP&A professionals with strong Excel skills, used to working closely with the CFO. A chartered accountant, comfortable analyzing large data sets across multiple entities, with proficiency in table referencing, sumproduct, index match, and PowerQuery, is required. You should embody our values, possess excellent communication skills, and build strong working relationships to foster success.
