A leading financial services firm in Southampton is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support budget cycles, cashflow planning, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Excel skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. The FP&A team works closely with Finance and wider Aztec leadership to help steer the business through continued high rates of growth and increasing complexity, as well as supporting a Transformation programme targeted at both Finance capabilities and setting Aztec up to continue its significant growth trajectory.
An ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with FP&A processes and can add value through analysis, insight and effective communication.
