The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our team. You will work hand-in-hand with the FP&A team and executive leadership, providing insights that will shape strategic decision across the organisation. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments and love turning complex data into actionable strategies, this opportunity is for you.

You will be based out of our London office and report into Paul, Head of FP&A.

Your Day to Day

1. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making.
2. Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities within the business.
3. Extract meaningful insights and predictive models from large, complex data sets.
4. Deliver high-impact insights to senior management, helping to steer the business towards profitable growth.
5. Integrate Salesforce data to build a robust, data-driven approach to customer behaviour and revenue forecasting.
6. Leverage tools like Power BI and NetSuite to enhance reporting processes and create compelling data visualisations.
7. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to understand commercial drivers and align on key initiatives.
8. Identify automation opportunities to drive efficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close processes.

What You’ll Bring

1. 3-5 years of FP&A experience, with exposure to investment banking or transaction services (financial modelling, due diligence, strategic advisory).
2. Expertise in SaaS financial metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.) and revenue recognition principles.
3. Advanced proficiency with Excel and best practice financial modelling, with a knack for scenario analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Practical experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Power BI), and ERP systems (NetSuite).
5. Exceptional storytelling skills with a PowerPoint whizz – you can simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
