Position Overview

A mid-senior level opening for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the Location Controller with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and broader strategic initiatives. This role offers strong upward mobility and direct interaction with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, graphs, and narratives

  • Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

  • Monitor profitability, budget performance, and fiscal soundness

  • Understand and improve location-specific financial drivers

  • Review forecasts, identify deviations, and provide meaningful insights

  • Lead and support Monthly Business Reviews

  • Drive process improvement projects across finance functions

  • Partner with internal stakeholders for ad hoc and ongoing analysis

  • Lead initiatives to revamp financial systems such as pricing and standard costing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, or Consulting

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

Qualifications

  • MBA or CPA certification

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise financial systems

  • Background in industrial manufacturing or similar sectors

  • Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
