About the company

A successful and growing manufacturing business in Mid-Ulster are seeking an FP&A Accountant to join their existing finance team. This newly created role will involve working on some exciting projects, and the successful candidate will play a key part in strategic planning and working with various departments across the business. Hybrid working and part-time hours are available.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct financial analysis on new business opportunities
  • Providing in-depth profitability analysis
  • Prepare detailed monthly reporting and commentary on performance targets
  • Development of new reporting tools to understand business performance
  • Assist the finance team to facilitate workload where required
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified with experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing business
  • Strong IT skills
  • Analytical mindset
